Originally developed for rehabilitation during WWI, Pilates is great cross-training for golf, tennis, swimming, paddle boarding,and every other sport because it increases strength, balance, agility, and lung capacity. It can help all of us feel better no matter what our current condition is! This event is FREE. Come try Pilates if you have never tried it before or come work on your core.
