“Mindful Flow” classes pulse between slow vinyasa and exploring poses in safe alignment. Classes begin with centering and then move into slow breath-based flow. Some classes explore different categories of poses (eg: forward folds or back bends) while others will delve deeply into a particular pose (eg: bridge pose). All classes end with a nourishing final relaxation. Modifications for different levels of experience are offered.
