Connect with your inner strength and developing baby in a peaceful and safe environment. Prenatal yoga will help you be healthy and strong during the journey of pregnancy. The practice can relieve prenatal discomforts, keeps you limber, tones muscles – including strengthening the uterus and pelvis muscles, improves circulation and aids with digestion. In addition to the physical benefits, the breathing and mindfulness exercises will help you learn to concentrate and relax deeply, skills that will be supportive throughout pregnancy and during labor. Taking a prenatal class is also a great way to connect with other pregnant women and be apart of an empowering community.
This class is taught by Rebecca F. White, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, with specialized training and experience in prenatal yoga.  Prenatal yoga is open to women who are new to yoga and those who have practiced before or regularly.
