Gail Zimmerman, M.D. is a Board-Certified Internist trained at Columbia University School of Physicians and Surgeons, and New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Over the years, she has developed a uniquely personalized approach to health care. Combining the best of traditional and contemporary approaches, Dr. Zimmerman practices state-of the-art medicine with the touch of a small-town family doctor — one patient at a time.

She believes that patients deserve more than the standard 10-minute appointment. She is also responsive to the growing acceptance of non-traditional medicine and she employs natural remedies and chiropractic/ acupuncture referrals where appropriate. It is this training and philosophical approach which ties together a number of different areas in which she specializes.
